The Cirrincione Organic Oregano is grown and processed in Sicily in fertile hilly areas with a microclimate favorable to the full ripening of the plant. Thanks to natural drying, the sprig keeps its fragrance and intense aroma unaltered as if it were just picked. Oregano is one of the most widespread and used aromatic herbs in Italian cuisine as an inevitable condiment for sauces, salads and pizzas of all kinds. It blends with both meat and fish and is used in vegetable preserves in oil. It is highly recommended for all tomato-based dishes.
