Use: To be combined with balanced flavor dishes, bruschetta or capresi, salads, soups, marinated fish, Sicilian salmoriglio for grilled meats, fish or vegetables; it can also be used to make cakes instead of butter; excellent for cooking any recipe of Mediterranean cuisine .
